Payments

We use Shopify for order processing and payments.

All prices are in US dollars (USD).

Prices include registered international shipping.

Shipping

All orders are shipped by registered mail via Singapore Post.

We typically send out one shipment per week.

Shipping packages over 2 kg becomes significantly more expensive, so if you purchase multiple items we may ship them in several shipments of less than 2 kg.

Our products can be shipped to destinations within Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.

We’re unable to ship to PO boxes, addresses offering freight forwarding services or armed forces APO/FPO addresses.

Once we ship your bags, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number.

Shipping typically takes between 2-3 weeks but can take longer during peak periods or when there are other disruptions. There may occasionally be unexpected delays outside of our control which may impact the estimated delivery time.

Please arrange for the safe delivery of your packages. We will not replace items that have been removed or stolen from the point of delivery.

We will not assume responsibility for any lost, stolen, or mishandled packages. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.

Taxes

Customers are responsible for paying any additional fees, import duties and taxes that may apply based on their country’s laws and regulations.

If you refuse to accept a package that has been received by customs because you were not willing to pay the fees, we will refund you the balance of the cost of the product after deducting all shipping costs and any additional fees incurred during the return.

Returns

If you experience a problem with any of your Station XV bags or accessories, please email us. We can set up a call with you to talk you through how to get the most out of your gear.

Otherwise, if you decide you don’t want an item, you can return it for a refund up to 30 days from the purchase date.

All returned items must be in as new condition, with original tags. If the item is used or damaged, we won’t be able to refund your payment.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment and will exclude shipping costs and credit card fees.

We are unable to refund the costs of initial shipping and return shipping, import duties or customs fees on international orders.

Refunds may take between 5-7 business days to process once the returned item has been received by our warehouse.

As each credit card company handles refunds differently, we can’t provide a precise timeframe for when you will get your money back.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Warranty

Station XV bags are covered by a limited 5-year warranty.

No bags are indestructible. If you wear out a bag through hard use, we’ll be happy to provide you a discount to buy a replacement. Just email us with photos of your bag and we’ll work with you to find a good solution.

Product Care

Station XV bags are built to be used. The more you use your bags, the less likely you’ll experience problems.

If you need to clean your bags or accessories, gently rinse them in warm water (30 deg C / 80 deg F).

Do not wash your bags or accessories in a washing machine.

Dry your bags in the shade, not in the sun.

Keep your bags away from naked flames.

Environmental

Our most important contribution to the environment is to make products that are useful and long lasting.

In addition, we make an effort to source our materials from environmentally conscious suppliers. We also do our best to minimise our carbon footprint by sourcing fabric and components from within the region.

Our shipping packaging can be recycled.

Manufacturing and Supply Chain

We source materials from manufacturers in South Korea, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, and the US.

Station XV bags and accessories are manufactured in Vietnam by one of the world’s leading bag manufacturers. They are then shipped to Singapore, where they are stored before being dispatched to customers.

Gift Certificates

We do not sell gift certificates.

Corporate Sales

We can sell Station XV products to organisations. If you’d like to make a bulk purchase, please get in touch.

We reserve the right not to sell our products to certain organisations.

We will not affix corporate logos or patches to Station XV bags.

Retail

Station XV bags and accessories are not available in retail stores. They are only available here on this website.

Affiliate Programme

We don’t have an affiliate programme at this stage.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. We will never sell, trade, rent or loan your personal information to any other organisation or individual. “Personal information” in this context refers to information about an identifiable individual as described in applicable privacy legislation.
